PS5 PRO - Not Reading Discs

Symptoms can include:

• Your PlayStation 5 will not load or intermittently not load games, Blu-rays or DVD
• May load the game but it crashes and freezes during game play
• Not accept disc or eject discs, the drive may produce grinding noises when a disc is inside
• You may find that the console randomly ejects discs without the eject button being pressed
